All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

We offer both local (Pakistan) and international dropshipping shipping options depending on the supplier.

• Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days (average)
• International suppliers (China/Aliexpress etc.): 10–25 business days (may vary depending on customs and location)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or added based on product type and supplier location.

Some products may offer free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to become active.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance
• Courier delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier/supplier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are subject to supplier confirmation.

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, before processing begins.
